I had almost forgotten that Service Pack 2 for Autodesk® Civil 3D® 2006 will be released very soon. I recall hearing near the end of September.
The link above gets you to the Autodesk webpage for Updates and Sevice Packs. This is where you will find the Service Pack when it is released.
